How Elohim collects, uses, protects and shares customer information.
Information we use
We collect information needed to create an account, process orders, deliver food, provide support, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal obligations. This can include contact details, delivery details, order history, payment references and, where required, verification information.
Access and sharing
Access follows a need-to-know rule. Delivery staff receive only the customer name, address and delivery contact needed to complete a delivery. They do not receive wallet, savings, BNPL or KYC history. We share data only with service providers needed to process payments, deliver orders, host the service or comply with law.
Your choices
You may update profile details, manage optional marketing reminders and contact support about your data. We retain records where needed for orders, financial reconciliation, security and legal obligations.
